Working draft — this text requires approval by FPRO sp. z o.o. and, where appropriate, legal review.
Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is FPRO sp. z o.o.
Contact: kontakt@fpro.consulting. Full registration and address details, and the dedicated privacy contact, require approval in the final version of this document.
2. Contact form and correspondence
The form may process name and surname, company, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest and message content. The data is used to receive the enquiry, make contact and conduct correspondence.
Netlify provides website hosting and Netlify Forms handling. Email is provided through OVHcloud/Zimbra. OVHcloud also provides DNS where relevant to service transmission and availability.
The final retention period for correspondence will be stated after the legal bases and documentation concerning providers and data transfers have been approved.
3. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 starts only after voluntary consent to analytics cookies. Refusing or withholding consent does not restrict use of the website. Analytics is used to produce website usage statistics and improve its content.
Depending on how the website is used, Google Analytics may process
cookie identifiers, pages visited, date and time of the visit, referral
source, technical information about the device and browser, approximate
location and interactions with the website. Form field values and other
personal data are not sent to Analytics. After a confirmed form
submission, only a generate_lead event may be sent, without form
data or additional parameters that identify a person.
FPRO does not currently use Google Ads, remarketing, advertising personalisation, Google Signals or User-ID. All advertising consent signals remain denied.
Data may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards identified by the provider. Further information is available in the Google Privacy Policy and Safeguarding your data in Google Analytics.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Technical details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
4. Legal bases and retention
The legal bases for processing contact-form data, correspondence and analytics, together with detailed retention periods, require approval in the final version of this document. Consent to analytics cookies is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Where necessary to operate the website, recipients may include Netlify, OVHcloud and — only after analytics consent — Google. The complete recipient list and description of roles require approval in the final version.
6. Data subject rights
Subject to the applicable legal basis and statutory conditions, a data subject may have the right to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict processing, receive portable data and object to processing. A data subject may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The detailed request procedure and supervisory authority details require approval in the final version.
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data through the contact form is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary to send and handle an enquiry. Rejecting analytics cookies does not restrict basic use of the website or the ability to contact FPRO.
